Cayla did the MOST amazing job on my hair today…I am COMPLETEY happy with my color & the cut has been great for over 3 months when I normally need a cut every 6 weeks. I have been getting my color touched up monthly & have not needed a cut for 3 colors/months straight! Of course I have been getting my hair taken care of by Donna for approximately 30 plus years now & I have never been unhappy not even one time!!!

When I got to Donna’s I had already had a heck of a day as a working mom. Rachel met me with a smile and a sense of calm that put my right at ease. She was knowledgeable and direct but not pushy at all. When it came to the actual injecting part, I was impressed with her bedside manner and the fact that I barely felt a pinch. It was so easy and so painless. I found out Rachel isn’t just a medspa injector but also an RN at UW. She’s amazing. If you’re looking for a new injector to build a long term client relationship with, go meet Rachel!
